What You'll Do
- Build and optimise RAG pipelines for legal document retrieval
- Implement citation-grounding and source-verification layers
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for legal reasoning tasks
- Monitor model performance and manage feedback loops in production
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of applied ML or LLM engineering experience
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)
- Proven ability to evaluate and reduce hallucination rates in LLM outputs
