Guide law firms through onboarding and drive long-term retention. You are the bridge between product and the attorneys who depend on it — their success is your KPI.

What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding for new law firm clients from contract to full adoption
  • Build scalable CS playbooks and help documentation
  • Identify at-risk accounts and drive retention interventions
  • Collect and route customer feedback to shape the product roadmap

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or legal client services
  • Experience managing B2B SaaS accounts with enterprise clients
  • Strong empathy and communication skills under pressure
  • Comfort with CRM tools and data-driven retention strategies
