What You'll Do
- Own onboarding for new law firm clients from contract to full adoption
- Build scalable CS playbooks and help documentation
- Identify at-risk accounts and drive retention interventions
- Collect and route customer feedback to shape the product roadmap
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or legal client services
- Experience managing B2B SaaS accounts with enterprise clients
- Strong empathy and communication skills under pressure
- Comfort with CRM tools and data-driven retention strategies
