Craft the UX of legal AI tools from first principles. Your designs ship to real courtrooms — precision and empathy are non-negotiable. You'll define how complex AI surfaces information to time-pressed legal professionals.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for core AI tool interfaces from research to handoff
- Conduct user interviews with practising attorneys to validate decisions
- Define and maintain the design system across all products
- Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex tools
- Expert-level Figma with strong system-thinking skills
- Experience designing data-heavy or AI-driven interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating research-informed, production-shipped work
